The following terms and conditions apply to the social media giveaway that will run on LinkedIn, Facebook, X and Instagram from 10 March 2025 until 28 March 2025.
Eligibility: The Giftsenda Ester Egg Social Media Competition is open to all individuals who are on the designated social media platforms where the competition is hosted. Employees of Giftsenda and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the competition. Entries welcome from the 200+ countries that we service.
Entry: Participants are to enter using the communicated entry mechanic provided in the competition announcement post. Only one entry per participant will be accepted. The competition closes on 28 March 2025.
Winner Selection: The winner of the competition will be selected at the discretion of Giftsenda via a lucky draw using entrants from all the giveaway posts that were posted in that week. All entry mechanics must be complied with for a valid entry.
Prize: The prize for the competition will be as specified in the competition announcement post. The prize will be selected from an online gift collection provided by Giftsenda. Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash or other alternatives.
Notification: The winner of the competition will be notified via direct message on the social media platform(s) used for entry, and an announcement post will be published on said platform(s), with the winner tagged. Should the winner not be reachable in 48 hours, a new winner can be chosen.
Release: By participating in the competition, participants release and hold harmless Giftsenda, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability arising from or related to their participation in the competition or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.
Modification or Termination: Giftsenda reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Competition at any time without prior notice, for any reason.
Agreement to Terms: Participation in the competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Participants are advised to review these Terms and Conditions carefully before entering the competition.
