Remember that you will need to provide us with the name of the gift or the product ID, as it appears on the shop, when filling in the form.

How many countries can I send gifts to?
We are proud to say that we can send gifts to over 200 countries worldwide. Gifts are locally sourced, which means that you do not have to pay expensive shipping and customs fees.
How fast is the delivery time?
The delivery times depend on the countries that you are sending to, but in some countries gifts can be delivered in as fast as 1-3 business days. During the holiday season deliveries may be a bit slower due to high volumes.
When will I pay?
Once you have approved the cost of the campaign, you will have to make the payment before we start putting together the gifts and sending them.
