If you’d like to use another CRM, let us know by sending an email to [email protected] and we’ll see what we can do to make integration happen. In the meantime, you can still manage gifting campaigns big and small by importing your contacts from any CRM using a flexible CSV-uploader tool.

To start your Giftsenda journey, all you need to do is book a demo with a Gift Campaign Manager. During the demo you will get a behind-the-scenes look at all our services and get help choosing the membership that is right for your business. After your demo you will have access to a free trial to test out our gifting platform before you subscribe.

We have 3 plans for you to choose from:

  • Starter: This plan is designed to ensure every business can take advantage of gift-first tactics to improve their business. With streamlined metrics and international gift options, your team can experience the first step in what it feels like to have GiftSenda on your side.
  • Pro: This plan is designed for large teams that are ready to invest money into perfecting their gifting campaigns. The features here offer more gifting freedom and a small sample of what it’s like to request custom gifts.
  • Business: The top tier of our service. This plan offers you the best of the best, with a personal Gift Campaign Manager to help your team make the most of everything we have to offer.

Getting the Most Out of Giftsenda

We’ve worked to build relationships with vendors around the world, letting us deliver gifts in over 200 countries. From wine and personalized SWAG to sweets and everything in between, we have plenty of options to make your brand stand out.

We accept most major credit cards, PayPal, and wire transfers in USD. 

With our international staff, we have Gift Campaign Managers that speak a variety of languages. Currently, we have staff who speak English, Russian, Spanish, and Portuguese.

The short answer, absolutely. With eGiftCards and a Gift invite link, all you need is your recipient’s email address. We also offer address verification services, and an easy-to-use Gift Invite link where the recipient will put in the best delivery address for them.

When you’re sending that first meeting invitation with a gift, obviously you don’t know enough about your recipient to pick a truly personal gift. That is where our Gift Invite comes in. You can choose to add a Gift Swap option that allows your recipient to pick a gift they would prefer, that stays as close to your original budget as possible (the closest priced options will be shown, with none costing more than a 20% increase).

If your recipient refuses a gift invitation we will refund you in full. If a recipient has already activated the eGift, we are not able to offer refunds. If a recipient refused a gift after a delivery attempt we are not able to offer refunds.

Because we deliver to 200+ countries and work with multiple vendors, we don’t have the exact same gift catalog for every region. In most cases, we can plan gifts that are incredibly similar and are sure to impress.

With our Pro and Business Plans, you can create unlimited requests. All you have to do is fill out our Custom Gift Request to see if we can make your custom gift happen, and what it will cost. Be sure to take a look at the full plan comparison here.

We offer DIY Post Cards, handwritten direct mail, and branded postcards depending on what package you have with us. 

Help For Recipients

The best way to verify an email if you’re uncertain is to contact us. Our team is available 24/7 and we’d be happy to verify the email for you.

If you have any issues with a gift you’ve received please send an email to [email protected] including:

  • Delivery date
  • Pictures of the gift
  • Best time to contact you

We will get back to you as soon as possible to make sure we resolve the issue.

If you got an invite to accept a gift but the link isn’t working, please contact us. We’ll make sure to help you fill out everything needed to have your gift arrive straight to your door.

You can send an email to [email protected] with your name and the email address your gift invite was sent to and we will give you an update on the status of your gift.
