Shop: How To Send Gifts To Many Recipients

Are you looking to send multiple corporate gifts to multiple recipients through the Giftsenda easy and instant gifting store? No worries. Our store’s user interface is as simple as any e-commerce platform you’ve probably used, and getting items in and out of your cart to your recipients’ delivery addresses is super fast and easy.You can use two methods to send gifts in bulk using shop items:

Option 1: Send gifts using the shop flow and add shipping details

Option 2: Download our bulk order form and add shop items on the form, and submit it for us to process your order.

Option 1: Send gifts using the shop flow and add shipping details

1. Visit the shop at https://www.giftsenda.com/shop/home
2. Click on the ‘View Full Catalog’ button or search for your country and item that you are looking for in the search bar.
3. View gifts by country, and select the gift item/s you’d like to send.
4. You can send gifts to various countries with one send on the shop – you will just need to load the specific recipients who live in the destination country of each gift when loading shopping details.
5. Click on the highlighted ‘Secure checkout’ button
6. Use the ‘number of items’ navigator to select the number of gifts you’re sending
7. Click on the ‘Send To Many Recipients’ button.
8. Select the ‘Add Multiple Recipients’ under the ‘Delivery Details’ dropdown.
9. Download the bulk upload template of your choice – you can use a google sheet, excel sheet or CSV template.
10. Fill in the details of your recipients on the downloaded sheet and export it as a CSV file when you are ready to upload it.
11. Upload the CSV and map the columns from the file with the data fields.
12. Click on the ‘Save To Proceed’ button.
13. Click on the ‘Message’ dropdown, and add a special message of your choice – or upload a digital greeting card/logo as prompted below that message tab.
14. Input your payment details, and conclude your bulk gift purchase.

Option 2: Download the bulk order form

1.  Download the bulk order sheet here.
2.  Visit the online shop to find the items that you would like to send. Remember to make a note of the gift names or product IDs as they appear on the website so that you can add this to the sheet.
3. Fill in all the details on the form.
