Overall: Giftsenda is a great gift-giving platform that allows us to send gifts to our clients on special occasions. It offers a variety of gift options, including personalized items, gift cards, and flowers, among others. The platform also provides a feature to track the gift delivery status, ensuring that the gift reaches the intended recipient on time.I have had a wonderful experience working with the Giftsenda team. Our manager, Lu, is very professional, and it has been a pleasure to work with such a client-oriented team!

“Excellent service / Great gift selection”


Overall: Managing a client gift distribution campaign within budget and with little of my time used. Improving our standing with customers.

Pros: My Giftsenda concierge was great to work with throughout the process. I needed a single place to manage gift selection and sending to our international client list. This service did it! Great selection of gifts that are shipped internationally from local shops and vendors. Your client gets to pick from a list of gifts within your budget, and Giftsenda does the rest. Any dollars left after the campaign is complete are returned to you. I will use Giftsenda again for my client’s gift needs.

Cons: The campaigns status dashboard has lots of useful information but needs to give me a better user experience. Hyperlinks to the gift descriptions would be helpful from that dashboard.

Overall: Ability to offer corporate gifting to our global partners, customers, and employees.

Pros: Ability to send gifts to pretty much any country we want, flexibility in payment methods (centralized billing + per gift payments), great customer support.

Cons: Shipping costs can be high in some countries.

“Christmas Hampers for Clients… Problem? No problem at all!”


Overall: Wonderful experience. The ease-of-use is unmatched and only surpassed by the level of customer service that is offered. Definitely using the service again!!

Pros: I loved the personalised support with the backing of strong technical processes. My package was sent out on time and would’ve been delivered on time if not for some mistakes by the end-courier. I was in touch with Lu as soon as the package failed to arrive, she kept me in the loop the whole time, offered me contingency options whilst the package was being returned to sender. She made sure, despite a major hiccup, nothing was impacted negatively.

Cons: Nothing yet. There was a slight problem with the initial delivery, but customer service sorted it out in no time.

Overall: We have a lot of customers around the world that we wish to reward a few times a year, however, due to their location it is hard to send them a gift as well as gift them a meaningful prize. The platform allows us to select from a wide array of great gifts as well as provide a safe and reliable delivery method.

Pros: It’s great platform for companies to reward employees and customers that are international as well as reward several hundred different people with one click of a button.

Cons: The only thing to dislike about Giftsenda is the shipping fee of $19 which is a bit high compared to amazon’s free delivery, however, the gift options are really good.

Pros: Relevant product baskets? Great service and responsive team.

Cons: Some of the features and reports must be adapted to our bussines need to have effective follow up – during campaigns and after that.
